HONOR DUE

Dedication

This book is dedicated to those we left behind, the Montagnard. Our Tuong Huu Dong Nam A and their counterparts. America has had very few friends and allies in war, as committed, as the Dega People. The blood debt of honor we owe them has not been paid by the politicians who deserted these brave war brothers in our disgraceful retreat in the face of the enemy. Many of us still feel this shame deeply, however none as much as the men of the Special Forces who shared in the blood sacrifice which was never honored. A nation that does not repay its debts, can not expect to find allies in time of need.
AND
Louis L'Amour for writing 'Crossfire Trail' in 1954 and teaching a young boy the life long meaning of honor.
